‘Looking out for our neighbours’ campaign

New winter phase due to launch in November

As a result of everyone’s incredible support this summer, the campaign has so far inspired more than 46,000 people to take action to look out for one another.

With the cold days and dark nights, winter can be a difficult time of year for many people, including those who are older, who can easily become isolated due to bad weather. So, it’s more important than ever to reach out to the people around us. We’re really grateful for all the support you’ve already given us and we’d welcome your help again.

The winter campaign will run from November 2019 to February 2020, and will include advice and resources to help people across West Yorkshire, Harrogate and beyond to look out for their neighbours during the winter months.
