Extended Access

We offer appointments with doctors and nurses on Tuesday evenings at Farrow Medical Practice. This may not be with a member from our usual team. You may have to travel to a neighbouring practice for an appointment on a different evening. Please speak to reception for details.

Home Visits

If you are housebound and need an appointment, we may do a home visit.

We will usually phone you first to understand what you need.

To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice as soon after 8am as possible and ideally before 10am.

House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.
