Telephone system

The practice has a new telephone system which we hope will make it easier for patients to contact us.

The telephone number will remain the same and you will have the following options.

Press one to speak to a member of our reception team. Once the limit for queuing calls has been reached you will have the option to press 8 and we will call you back. Please only do this once as the system will remember you and we will get back to you.

Press two to cancel an appointment.

Please call after 10.00am for any queries or to obtain test results and remember we are unable to accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
