Comments, Compliments and Complaints

We make every effort to provide the best possible service to patients at all times and welcome your comments and feedback. If you feel that your needs are not being met or have a concern about the service you have received, please contact Reception who will help you access our Complaints Procedure.

A book is available for comments and compliments at reception and a feedback form is available on the yellow button.

Zero Tolerance

This Practice operates a ‘zero tolerance’ policy with regards to violence and abuse directed towards our staff, patients and other persons. We reserve the right to remove violent/verbally aggressive patients from our list with immediate effect in order to safeguard their well-being. Violence in this context includes actual or threatened physical violence or verbal abuse which leads to fear for a person’s safety or makes staff feel uncomfortable and vulnerable.

Chaperones

It is the policy of the Practice to provide patients with a chaperone during certain examinations and procedures.

If you would like a chaperone to be present during the consultation, please speak to the attending clinician and a chaperone will be made available to you.
