Morning Surgery – Pre-booked or on the day appointments

• All doctors & all nurse appointments are Monday – Friday 08.00am – 12.00
• Please call the surgery to book a telephone, face to face or pre-bookable appointment on 01274 637031 to speak to a receptionist between 08.00am and 11.30am and after 1.00pm any weekday. If you feel you need to be seen urgently please let the receptionist know so that a doctor or nurse can speak to you as soon as possible. We advise patients to see the same doctor for the same condition wherever possible. Routine appointments can usually be booked 2 weeks in advance and we will always endeavour to ensure that you see the doctor of your choice. However if a doctor is on annual leave surgeries may change and you may be asked to see an alternative doctor or a locum GP.

Afternoon Surgery – Pre-booked Appointments 

• ALL doctor & ALL nurse appointments: Monday-Friday 2.00pm-5.30pm
• If you wish to make a routine appointment with the Doctor or Nurse, please speak to our Receptionists or telephone us on 01274 637031 between 08.00am and 11.30am any weekday morning or after 1pm any weekday afternoon. We advise patients to see the same doctor for the same condition wherever possible. Routine appointments can usually be booked 2 weeks in advance and we will always endeavour to ensure that you see the doctor of your choice. However if a doctor is on annual leave surgeries may change and you may be asked to see an alternative doctor or a locum GP.Late arrivals
• If you are late for your appointment, you will only be seen at the discretion of the doctor or nurse you are booked in with as this can seriously impact on waiting times for other patients with pre-booked appointments.

Cancellation of appointments

• If you are unable to make your booked appointment please call 01274 637031 and select option 2

Enhanced Access

The practice offers appointment for doctors and nurses at evenings and weekends. You may have to travel to a neighbouring practice. Please speak to reception for details
