Fees for doctors’ services

Please find attached a list fees the practice charges for non-NHS work. for further information of fees charges please visit Fees (bma.org.uk)

The practice no longer supplies supporting letters for DWP applications , for example PIP or ESA claims.

Please be aware all requests for letters will take 30 days to complete.

Requests for print out of medical records will take 30 days to complete. A summary of your records can be provided sooner or you can access the NHS app or sign up to SystmOne online to obtain all your medical records
